She had been briefed on his needs by the child's Case Manager and myself (via two separate phone calls) in depth and she made the Consultation appointment. Upon the end of the Consultation, she informed me, she had to consult with a colleague upon making a decision to take the child as a client and went so fa as to make another appointment for another Consultation the following week. She apparently could not make decisions on her own. I cancelled the appointment two days before the scheduled day. She called and said she did not know the extent of the child's needs even after she had been informed by myself and the child's Case Manager on two different occasions. She suggested I ask the Case Manager to help me find a therapist for the child. This makes the 3rd facility this therapist has worked since 2008.
