They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
He’s the worst. He kept interrupting me as I was trying to give him a (brief) patient history; he told me he had heard everything he needed to hear. He didn't seem to absorb the reason for my visit - that I couldn't open my mouth the day before without intense pain and that the pain had started in my ears, and that I had had this exact same thing happen to me months ago when another doctor told me I had a very intense ear infection. He acknowledged evidence of an ear infection, but apparently didn't think antibiotics/steroid drops were necessary. Instead he recommended 3-4 doses of ibuprofen for the next 7-10 days and come back to him in two weeks if my situation hasn't improved (it hasn’t). His conclusion was that I may have just gotten some water in there and a minor infection, or maybe there is something wrong with my ear that may require surgery at some point, or maybe it is a dental issue that I should talk with my dentist about. I want my money back.
