Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. As far as boarding facilities go this is one of the better ones that I have seen and I feel confident that the staff takes great care of my pets.They try to make pets feel as safe and comfortable as possible. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
