I was amazed and grateful by the care received for my pet. They squeezed my cat in- who was so sick - on his deathbed, he couldn't even jump up on a chair. I had previously spent over $1200 elsewhere at the box chain veterinarian, who couldn't diagnose my cat's sickness - treating him with steroids which only masked his problem. Dr. Ballard KNOWS and loves animals. Her knowledge and love for animals is unprecedented. I thought holistic health for my pet was kind of silly, but it wasn't until I took my cat to her, and witnessed her method and my cat's healing, that I was sold and remain a solid believer. If you have to wait in her office, it's because she is helping another animal in need (like my sick cat that she spent an hour with in a squeeze). I wouldn't care if I had to wait 3 hours for her services. Dr. Ballard is worth the wait.
