They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Dr. Lott and his daughter were very kindness. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. My parents and our entire family of 8 have been going to Dr. Lott for years. He is a great vet and is always there when you need him. He remembers all of us and show interest in us and our pets. He is a very genuine person.
