This ace has gone down hill. Took 4 dogs to be boarded for 4 nights 5 days and came home with 3. Not so much as a phone call about my boy. Upon arrival I asked what was wrong with my dog. He was totally lethargic and could t even hold his head up. I didn't ask once I asked 3 or 4 times and them insisted that the Dr see him. After being lied to numerous times and blame being thrown all over the place, we loaded my dog and took him to another vet. The three that I took home were covered in urine and waste. They had only been fed 5 containers of food for 4 dogs for 5 days. We had written instructions as to their care. We were failed on so many levels and the attitude of the staff including the Dr were appalling. Never have me or my family been lied to and treated so badly. Never have I seen a place that is supposed to take care of animals neglect them so. My dog has been in ICU all week at a new vet. He has received blood transfusion and still may not make it. How long had he been sick and untreated? I will never ever use them nor would I recommend them to anyone for boarding.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I became an accidental cat owner to a feral cat who gave birth on my lap. They answered all of my questions about with the feral mother, as well as the resulting kittens. As a first time pet owner, I have a million questions and panic over the slightest health issue. They are always patient and very reasonable!!!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Lockhart and Dr. Davis are extremely compassionate, caring, and willing to go beyond basic help. Dr Lockhart's compassion during the illness and subsequent death of our boxer, and Dr. Davis's middle-of-the-night, after hours care of our pregnant shih-tzu, and life-saving efforts of her 5 puppies are beyond words and gratitude!!! The staff is always friendly, and I highly recommend them!!!
