Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. . This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Sort of, my pet seemed more anxious here than other places we've been
