When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Yes, they went above and beyond

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

It's been some years since I have needed to go to Mr. Castor but in any and all events of using his services he has been thorough and over-compensating in the care of my previous pets. I'm the type to go to who takes good care and makes a good impression the first time I utilize a business. This is one of those places and Dr's of my animals. I have since referred family and friends to seek this D.V.M's office and will continue to do so!
