I had to put my dog to sleep and the lady explained everything to me as far as what happens. When the doctor came in she held my hand with one of hers as she held my dog's with the other. The doctor did it fast and without pain, the lady had tears running down her face too. She let me stay after to say goodbye, they did all they could to help me, they did care about me. They sent me a card a few days later too, it was kind of them.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
