I love healthy pets and always feel confident my pets are getting the best care. Having multiple pets I spend a lot of money, but taking them to one of the cheaper clinics, well you get what you pay for. My pets are apart of my family and healthy pets treats them so.

Yes, my pet seemed extremely distressed the whole time we were there

Yes, they need to move to a quieter location

No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
No! They took my terrified pet to a different room and wouldn't allow me go
