The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and explain every options and seem truly interested in the well-being of the pet. They take their time with you and check all possibilities. After some bad experiences with other vets in the past, this one is a breathe of fresh air.

We had 5 dogs in their care, probably for the last 20+ years. We were always treated as PATIENTS, not visitors. Our pets were given extreme attention, for as long as it was needed to determine the problem. So, yes, occasionally you might have to wait a few minutes for your appointment. Just remember: no one will keep an eye on the clock when YOU are talking to the doctors! And our many thanks to the technicians, who more than once came to the car because our dogs could not be moved or the weather was abominable. And yes, you can change an appointment without feeling you are breaking the law.

My beagle, Candi, was brought to Fallston Vet Clinic from 1982 to 1998. She was well cared for by the staff. I wish as a family we would have done better with keeping her weight down. I am writing this way too late but as a tribute to Dr. Zantop as well. My mom was the one who usually took her as we did not live around the corner. We came up from Perry Hall. I don't know if any staff members are still there from those years. If you are, thank you for taking such good care of our baby. We will miss Dr. Zantop.
