I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I appreciated that it wasn't too loud. I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! The time and money spent was so worth it. If I were in need of a kennel for my pet I would definitely take them here. The kennels and holding areas in their office were some of the cleanest I have ever seen.

I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my friends that they should start coming here.

The staff here is friendly and welcoming. My pet and I always are made to feel at home. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. There is no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here because food and water are always made available for them. They have bowls all over the office just in case your pet decides it needs a quick nibble of food or sip of water. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. Dr. Long takes her time to examine my dog and answer any questions I have. She has even called me back on a Saturday just to check in with me and see how he is and stayed on the phone nearly 30 minutes!! I don't know many vets who would take that kind of time because my old vet at Hickory never called me personally.

Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
