The man is kind, loving, and supportive. He has helped me with multiple pets. He even drove up on a Sunday to assist me with a pet that had become ill. I cannot tell you how kind or awesome he is to my dogs and cats. I wouldn't take them any where else.

The staff was very friendly.
Dr. Terry Hargis was uncaring and uncompassionate about my puppy. I told the doctor that my puppy was sick and had been throwing up he just gave my puppy a shot and gave me a worm pill to administrate myself,, I'm guessing because he did not want to administrate it himself. This took less then two minutes. He did not explore in any shape or any form why or how my dog got sick he showed no interest in my pet. Because of his unprofessional help my puppy died two days later.

have been going to this Vet for years. Have always gotten good advise and a referral for one dog with a complicated case. Staff and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable

I was impressed that this provider took notice of areas outside of their specialty that might help me.
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care.
