Dr Pitkin has been a wonderful vet to our horses, dogs and cats. He doesn't beat around the bush and I appreciate that! Very honest and has a great staff as well.

I went to Dave for many years and moved outside of Plain City and health issues caused me not to be able to go that far. But I am going to start going back to him, he is so honest and fair. He has so much compassion for all animals and trust me it's very very hard to find a great Vet like Dave. I love him and I am coming back!!

We have taken our animals to this veterinarian for over 12 years. Dr. Pitkin has given our dogs excellent care and showed great compassion. He has always been honest about which steps would be best for our pets and their conditions.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I have MANY pets and have been to many area vets. I have never been to a vet's office that is so compassionate and caring! Dr. McCullen is AMAZING- she is kind and caring and didn't leave me waiting. She let me know, step by step, what was happening and what to expect. She clearly explained the options I had for the best care for my pet. I can't say enough how fatastic every staff member was- (especially Heather) they were informative, patient, and made us feel like family. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The follow us was also great! I actually received phone calls from the Dr, herself checking up on us and calls from the staff as well! If you want a vet that is different from the rest- visit Cross Country! I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being I won't go anywhere else
