Dr Cattiny saved our Pom's live a few years ago when she was diagnosed with Lymes disease and we had been loyal patients up until 2 weeks ago. Our Pom developed a little bit of a cough on Sunday. By Monday it was much worse. When I called for an appointment that day I was told that Dr Cattiny was away and that Dr Schimmel was covering and couldn't see her til the next day. When I said that it was emergent and that I had waited in their office MANY times while the vet tended to an emergency and now my dog was the emergency and needed to be seen. The receptionist was unmoved and again offered me an appt the next day. I went to a new Vet in town who not only saw her that day, but found that she has a heart murmur and partial tracheal collapse, neither of which had been diagnosed by Dr.Cattiny or Dr schimmel at other visits. I am so disappointed with this recent experience with Dr Cattiny's office and their missing a problem that our Pom has probably had for a while.

My owner has been bringing me and my companion to Dr Cattiny for years. I really don't like going to the vet, but given a choice (I have been to several), Dr C is the top of the top.
No one likes being stuck with needles, or being poked and prodded, but here, they are kind and considerate and try to be a gentle as possible. It's an indignity, but hey, I know they want to make me feel better - and they usually do.
I tell all my pals about Dr. C. I share happy stories, most of them are complaining. It makes me feel smug knowing I'm in good hands. Three barks for Dr. C!!!

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
