This Vet Dr. Robert Callaway, refused to treat my mothers Chihuahua due to a unpaid bill left by my sister over 6 years ago. Now the bill was not even for the animal taken in for him to treat. He checked the pet,then diagnosed her with ulcerating mammary cancer, I was advised that she would need to have it removed and the hernia fixed or she would die; he then gave a price of 600+ for the surgery and services needed for the pet, at this time I am still in the understanding he will be doing the treaments. I contact his officer one day to ask them about some anti-biotic for her due to the ulcerating of the glands. It was at this time, I was told by one of his nurse that he would not do the surgery until my sisters bill and the price of the surgery was paid in full. I am taking her to a vet here where I live,I was wanting to use him due to my mother,when she was alive he was her pets vet. Again,my mother nor I owe him,this is not the dog in question. I used to have good report for them,used them 2 times

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They are clearly an expert in the field. I felt totally safe and confident in their care. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. What a great group of people to work with! The staff was sharp, knowledgeable and helpful. I wish other offices trained their staff as well as these are! We recently moved thirty miles from this vet office and I tried other local vets closer to home- I will be taking my pets the addtional 30 miles back home to see Dr. Callaway- his care is well worth the trip and my cats missed him.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
