They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
