The most caring Drs. and staff you will ever come in contact with. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats all are patients of Dr. Dammando & Dr.Rife. Emergency visits are not a problem they will always see you. I give them all 5 stars because thats as many as you show.

What a difference since they sold to some big company. The compassion and love of animals is now all about the money first, animal care second. It was never like that. The 2 vets there are excellent doctors, but unfortunately have to go by the new rules and boy is it ever different now. After being faithful to them for over 25 years now, I am now changing veterinarians.
I am also telling my three friends that went to them to do the same. Good Luck to them, I do wish them well.

It is a good place. Dr. Demando is very good. The place is cleaned and conveniently located. I happened to call them this morning about my cat. She is old and not walking well anymore. Got much worse yesterday. I called and left a message before they open at 9. They called 9:03 and were booked all day, but made a hole for us this afternoon. They are a good place as I said at the very beginning. Yes, you got to pay like any other place in the World.

From reviews it said they will help. What it won't tell you. Even if it is around holidays, If can't come up with money upfront. They refuse to see your pet. No payment arrangements, no will bill you. no come in and evaluate and give ya time to come up with the money. And not only that. But they schedule you way down the road knowing you have a sick pet. But not only this one. All i have found in New haven county Connecticut. are like this. But yet if was a case of Animal abuse which it is not. Something gets done not right nor fair. And for that our Marshmellow died the day after xmas in my old ladies arms. She lost breath and was convulsing and though me and her were up around the clock 24/7 trying to take care of her.
