Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I would absolutely be going back if I get another cat. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own.
