Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays
Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet?
Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed!
