Dr. Scott and her staff were very kind and considerate when taking care of our terminally ill dog. Very reasonable charges and helpful advice.

All of experiences with Chatham Veterinary Service have been exceptional; not only wellness visits but during VERY rough times as well. They go above and beyond - even calling me at home to check & see how my sick kitty was doing & to answer any questions I had. I went to several vet offices when I moved to NC until I found a doctor that took the time to get to know me & my pets & remembers us from visit to visit. Very knowledgeable, stays current with veterinary developments & willing to research & discuss any questions I've had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
