The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I felt that they really valued my cat's health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on my cat. I have taken ALL my pets there for over 10 years, and would not take them anywhere else, though I live in Nebraska. They always treat my cats gently. When a cat I had for 16 years had to be put to sleep, they allowed me time alone with it, and were crying with me. They wrapped my fur baby gently in a blue blanket, and placed it in a wicker basket for me to take home with me to bury, instead of just a plain cardboard box, It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. RICK!!!

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Absolutely not! They were very rough and seemed to have complete disregard that my pet was scared
