A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I was unimpressed with how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. They just told me the worst case scenario with total disregard towards my feelings. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets.
