since taking over this practice i am totally disappointed in the level of service. Dr. Dessler was wonderful to my fur babies for many years and upon change of ownership the care has been less than competent. Recently 1 of my babies was diagnosed with terminal cancer and when her quality of life was no longer good I contacted Cuyahoga Vet and told them of my wishes to relieve her of her pain. I was told that they were very busy on Saturday and might be able to get her in the following week. As my girl was in much distress I took her to Metropolitan Emergency and said goodbye. The lack of concern or sympathy for my baby was bad enough but 4 days later they sent me an email to make an appointment for her. It was bad enough to have multiple cats running loose throughout the facility but the competency on multiple encounters of the entire staff was not at any level that I will entrust the care of my babies with again.

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
