I have 8 dogs and Dr. Harinder and his staff take good care of them all. The office is always clean and sanitary and they are on time for appointments.

Absolutely not. I was shocked and appalled when I paid the bill.
Was there a designated area for your dog to go to the bathroom?
No, there was absolutely no grass or bushes anywhere in sight

Yes, they called right on time

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for long. Dr Bains is always very professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The staff was very helpful when I call with a question. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
