I have taken my dog there and will continue to take him there. The comments given about horrible service are untrue. I read the reviews left on other sites and was a little aprehensive but after talking to others about her services took my dog there. It is a facility that is in the country and you can tell that Esta cares about the animals. I have never had bad service and she answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid for asking. She explained what signs to look for after my dog's procedure that warranted concern. Overall, I would recommened her and HAVE recommended her. Just know that she is a country girl who loves animals and that is her focus.

I'm not sure what the hell these other people are talking about. I have had Esta do my vet services for years and have not experienced much of those reviews. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. If you are looking for a vet that is all warm, fuzzy and lovey dovey this is not you chick. She is a old time farm girl that will get the job done and it will be affordable. That is pretty much the only reason I continue to have her.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. Esta is the only one that I will let handle my animals because she is down to earth and more concerned about the animal being treated than getting that $$ in her pocket! Please she works with at least one rescue that I am aware of and I applaud her dedication and services to those (both 2 & 4 legged) that are in need!!
