They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. I feel their fees are exorbitant for our community. I have never been seen on time except for one instance in an emergency situation. They act like I know nothing despite the fact that I used to work for a vet.

When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

The examining rooms at Scottsville Animal Hospital's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I called on a Sunday afternoon. My cat had suddenly become extremely ill. The doctor opened the office on Sunday afternoon for the emergency. Farouk was checked in and stayed for the better part of a week. Dr. Ruth managed to pull him back from death's door. I cannot thank them enough for saving my big cuddly boy.
