We will never bring our dogs back there! They are under new ownership and its horrid! When we picked them up, their entire fur coat was yellow because apparently they had been sitting in urine in their cages. They are negligent and that's abuse! I wonder if they were even fed. When I called, a lady offered either free boarding or a refund and apologized. Then, a different lady called back and said that she was the owner. She refused a refund tiffanyand didn't apologize for anything tiffany. She said that she would refund a bath. If you love your animals, do not take your fur babies there!
