Our dog fell ill during the holidays. 2023. I can't say enough good things about the Dr and this staff. Dr. Ortero went above and beyond to help us. She stayed after hours to care for our sick dog and did all she could do to save him. Ultimately, he did succumb to his illness. The level of compassion shown by the staff in a very difficult time for us was above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet care needs.

We are very happy with the service they are giving to Stoney. Everyone is caring and helpful. They give answers to all my concerns and questions. Plus I love my home town Galena where this clinic is located.

Dr. Ortero was very good with my little guinea pig, the staff was friendly, and I felt that the prices were very reasonable. My only complaint is that it seemed like everyone moved very slowly. I think I was there at least an hour; however, I've only been there once, so they may have just had an off day. At any rate, my guinea pig is feeling much better, which is the main thing, and I think I'll switch my dog over to this vet, too.

I just started using this vet. I love them! Very pleasant and give my animals great care. They don't rush you. They even follow up with a phone call to make sure my dog was doing well.
