I really liked Dr. Ward Heaton and his staff. I live in Idaho now, and would give anything to have another Dr. Ward Heaton here. I took my animals to Dr. Heaton and would not need to go elsewhere. I am very happy with the care my pets were given, and the attention given to me. All my questions were answered, and the pets treated with utmost respect and care.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
