There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was satisfied with both the veterinarian and how my pet's appointment went. Everything went according to plan.
