They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Cost were less than 1/2 of vets in Cairo, GA which is where I live and I saved 1/2 the costs even after driving and taking off of work.
