I have been taking my cats and dogs here for 10 years and I find them kind and compassionate. they have taken great care of my pets. I find Dr. Scheibel to be wonderful and knowledgeable and gentle with both her customers and her clients. also reasonably priced and I never feel they overcharge me. we have used their overnight pet hospital in emergency situations too and were very happy with the care given to our animals. The staff is also compassionate and easy to work with. we will continue to use them for years to come!

Dr. Sullivan found our beloved parrot to have a large tumor pressing on her lungs and suggested that there was no hope and we should put her to sleep. We sadly agreed. He asked if he could perform an autopsy at no cost to us - strictly for his own research purposes. We agreed. After we paid our bill at the receptionist desk we were on our way out and the door to the examining room we had been in was wide open, our parrot flat on her back and Dr. Sullivan preparing to cut her open. He couldn't wait for us to leave? He couldn't close the door. In our minds this is our last vision of her.... Very disappointed in Dr. Sulllivan. Will not be back.

Dr. Sullivan is a caring and very competent doctor and surgeon. I have followed his practice for over 20 years. I would not consider another doctor for surgery on my pets. He cares deeply about his patients and approaches their care with compassion and a consideration of what is best for them. His support staff is always kind and considerate as well.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
