I am sorry that one individual reported such a negative review of Dr. Young and her services. Dr. Young has been treating four of our cats for several years and is very knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, and caring. Her staff is supportive of all our needs and I could not more heartily recommend her, having experience with several other vets over the years,

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

We will never return. We have lost my faith in Diane's care because she misdiagnosed my pet and were unwilling to even consider the fact that it was her fault my pet got worse. Diane Young misdiagnosed and proceeded inappropriately. My beautiful cat is dying because of her lack of knowledge. We went there specifically because she was feline only care. other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. She has been unempathetic. Please research on your own and definitely get a second opinion if you go to her with a serious problem because she may or may not know what to do.
