The wait was not long at all, and Dr. McSweeney actually took my pet and me in before our appointment time. Their primary concern is what's best for me and my pet. They gave me advice that would benefit me and my pet the most. I got a discount even though my pet is not a regular client...she may be now! I asked a lot of question and voiced my concerns, and he always gave a thorough response/answer without getting upset with me. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I love this place. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Dr. McSweeney is awesome.
