My previous vet retired and Dr. Skaggs was my vet for about five years, I just discover he has moved to Kingman. Like my former vet he is the absolute best small animal vet I have ever had. He is an excellent communicator and what I would call a ‘teaching’ vet, one who explains as he works. Even my barn cat (feral except to us) trusted him. Highly recommend, I would give 10 stars if I could!
