They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
