No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

When my pet stayed overnight here I was promised by the staff and the veterinarian that I would be called at a certain time and I was so upset when they didn't call. I never heard a peep and I was a nervous wreck waiting by the phone worrying. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
