Dr Mc Dowell is the best vet I've had in over 30 years of owning pets. She is extremely knowledgable, helpful and honest and never pushes unnecessary procedures and medications on you just to make a buck. She never tries to make you feel guilty about what you are doing for your pet or lack thereof. She really loves animals and it shows, and likes people, too, she is very friendly and professional.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Dr. McDowell is the best of the many vets my pets & I have seen over the decades. She is not in a rush & spends as much time as necessary. She knows and remembers all kinds of details about my pets' health. She figured out what was wrong with my rescue cat after the cat had already been seen by, but not fixed, by a few other vets. I believe her diagnostic skills are due to keeping up with the latest veterinary research as well as her intuitive connection to animals.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.
