Employees will lie when they make an error and it will cost you extra $$$s and time while your pet's vaccines are delayed. Their charges are outrageous. Took our dog in for UTI. The bill was almost $300.00 with the charge for a UA 4x what is charged for a human UA. We should have changed vets then but gave them another chance. Big mistake. I would take my pet just about anywhere but here.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, I didn't have to wait very long
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
