This was my first visit and I must say I was very impressed! I got to go back in the exam room with my bird Irish. He needed a beak trim and nails cut. The office and exam room clean. The staff and Dr. Ross were very polite. Dr. listened to what you had to say and didn't seemed like you was being rushed out of the office. I will be recommending others to bring their animals to him. already refered (sp)person to him already I will be bringing my other birds to him. THANK YOU AGAIN!
