A very ill cat was found on their property. We were told to leave it there. The cat would have been killed or die a slow painful death, they had no empathy for the injured animal and offered no help. Thank God for Woodbourne Animal Clinic, who was already closed but opened their office unlike Blue Cross who was already open but refused to treat the animal. Apparently they thought they wouldn't get paid for their services. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR STAFF!! It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service and animals they are supposed to be treating. .The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.If you are looking for a veterinarian that offers after-hour emergency services then don't come here! INFACT IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS DO NOT COME HERE!!

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
