I would give Dr. Farris less than a star, if I could!

My dog's eye popped out of the socket and I brought him to Enterprise Animal Health Center, and Dr. Farris saw him. Let me just start

off by saying, this is the rudest man I have encountered. He was not very gentle with my dog either. After many failed attempts at

pushing his eye back in, Dr. Farris decided to insert a needle into my dog's eye. He talked about having to remove the eye, since my

dog is now blind in that eye, and that it would probably pop right back out. He then determined that it was better to stitch his eyelid

shut, rather than to remove the eye. After asking him about the chances of it happening again, he looked at me very rudely and

sarcastically said "I don't know, I guess so..". He then gave me an appointment to bring him back to have the stitches removed. That

visit was $251, not including anesthesia.
I brought my dog back in to have his stitches removed on the appointment date, and Dr. Farris rudely asked, "why are you here?" and

didn't remember the appointment that HE set up for us. He removed the stitches, and my dog and I headed back home. No collar or

anything. My dog kept scratching at his eye all night, despite me watching over him and trying to keep him from doing it. Sometime

during the night, his eye came back out of the socket. I called Dr. Farris, who told me that it would be another $250 to do what he

didn't do the first time, and remove the eye. I asked if he could set up a payment plan, and he said no, so I told him I would call the

animal clinic in Ozark to check their price, and he got mad with me, and told me that I should've just taken him there to begin with.
I ended up taking him to Ozark, and they are much nicer, gentle with my dog, and much more inexpensive. I will NEVER use Dr. Farris

again!

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services?
Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it
