I've taken my dog there for stitches around his eye when he got into a fight with another local dog and the clinic staff were WONDERFUL! They treated us both with kindness and understanding. Thanks to the Anchor Road Vet Clinic and staff my dog (and I) made a full recovery.

Dr. seemed indifferent to me, barely acknowledged I was in the room when I brought my dog in. Dog was very sick so I thought he was concentrating on that.

Dr. was rude when I called to check on my dog while s/he was in his care. Seemed unhappy and acted like I was bothering him when all I wanted was an update on my dog's condition. Suggested I come get my dog and take him/her somewhere else.

When I arrived to pick up my dog, s/he was limping and clearly in pain. Note, dog was at the vet for something completely unrelated. Dr. said it was a flair up of arthritis as dog was elderly and had been cooped up. Leg got hugely swollen the next day. I suspect dog was dropped or ?

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

No, it was rather cramped

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very kind to my Chihuahua. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
