I called to get my puppies tails cropped and asked specifically how much it would be to get this done. The office told me $62.50. When I got there and had the work done, i was charged 84.50, and told I had to pay a $19 office visit charge. i told them that this charge was not mentioned on the phone quote, but they insisted that I pay it. This is 33% more than I was quoted. I think this is unfair, and i would warn everyone to double check the costs before they do any work for you.
