I just want to say, This is a country veterinarian office. It is not a big city flash and smoke place. Dr. Hendricks and his staff do a very good job providing care for our animals in the Talbot County Area. I am proud to know that the dedication and service is as good as it is. People who write negative comments should first approach the vet and simply talk to him. Sometimes we get a better feeling once we understand why things are done the way they are. They saved my dogs life, educated me on how to prevent other problems and generally are just plain nice caring people.

You cant ask for a better staff or veterinarian...office may not smell the best...but you get the best service there prices are very affordable... so your dog get gets the treatment he or she needs.....they or there for your animal and not the money....love the short bown hair girl she is the best...

I called in to set an appointment, was told to come in. When I arrived 2 employees were there at counter so I walked up and stood there for 6 mins. They ignored me, so I sat down an additional 10 mins not a word and then they left. The smell of waiting area smelled of stinky animal, the air was hot, thick, and heavy. To be short I left after 20 more mins and someone else getting help before me that arrived after me (no appointments) terrible service!!! Unfriendly and complete wasted drive.
