I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

Yes

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

The office is very busy, but you can walk in anytime and pets are seen in order of need. The doctor and other staff are the most thorough, knowledgeable and caring I've ever had. There are often residents and they get excellent training, because Dr. Hendricks has done this all his life. The son of a veterinarian, he has been caring for animals for a long time, but he keeps current in treatments and technologies.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Their office was not to loud. They're really great about taking their time with me when they can, and they don't mind answering my questions. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember most things about me. I've already told my friends and family about the experience I had there. When I left their office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to them to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused.
