I brought two kittens in for check-ups and to be spayed. The front-desk staff was nice enough, but I was never introduced to the doctor, never saw him, he didn't speak to me afterward. That has never happened to me anywhere else, especially being a new patient. One of my kitties was waaaaaay overdosed with anesthetic, and both incisions were sloppy and baggy. I don't have any reason to want to go back there.

Dr Marty and staff are great. All of my animals are seen by Dr Marty as has my puppies that I have had. The quetions I ask are always answered (and I ask a lot of questions) and if he doesn't know he checks and gets back wth me. As with any service povider some people will like and some will dislike and receive the same level of service. The vet can't do anything wit the attitude or behavior of the pets owner(s).
