I took my cat in to get neutered and shots. $140.00.. I didn't know they have an outbreak of cat parvo and was not told they had been treating several cases. I took my unvaccinated cat into that office! He almost died! He is still trying to come out of it, he is sooo sick! I will say the doctor did take care of him and was kind about it. However they still never even said they were sorry for exposing him, they said "that"s the chance you take bringing him in"!! Then they charged me $575.00 to save him... This has devistated him and us physically and financially! Please do not take your pet in unless he has been vaccinated already!! I was informed you need to spray bleach water to kill the virus or it stays around indeffinately!! Their office does not smell like bleach, it smells dirty! Protect your pet!!

Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, I knew exactly what my pet had and what treatment options were available.

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Dr. Ireland was very helpful when my dog's back was injured. He was friendly and put us at ease, and now Lizzy is pretty much back to her normal self, with some modifications to lifestyle. Staff is friendly and my dog is not the sweetest, but she went right to the girls in the back when being boarded with no trouble at all.
