Doctor Dixon is very knowledgeable about animals. I suspect he is better with horses as he was very rough with my doggie. He is not very nice at all. His assistant is very nice though. The prices are reasonable depending on what you need done. If I had it to do again I would definitely choose someone else.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.

The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They have the greatest designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too.
